What's Your Story?

When you wake up in the morning how do you envision the day ahead?  Whatever mood or energy levels you give it will pretty much determine how things go.  Remember that the most important thing you can do is to focus on having fun.  When you envision your day, envision a day that is going to bring you lot's of fun and satisfaction.  Today is a day where everything is working out for you and working out for you in far better ways than you might even have imagined.

Spend a few moments, even before you get out of bed, considering things that are going well already... what are you grateful for?  What can you envision happening today that you can be grateful for tomorrow morning?  What does your day look like with everything working out wonderfully?  How does that feel?  Just feel good in that vision.

Now, after you get up do a little streching or some yoga postures to liven up your body.  Feel the feelings of your body increasing its wellness levels... the nervous system and muscles tuning up.

Next, sit comfortably and focus on your breathing.  You can do alternate nostril breathing or simply think the word SO in your mind as you inhale and the word HUM as you exhale with slow deep breaths.  Feel all of you muscles relax.  Do this for about 5 minutes.

After your time of meditation, fix in your mind some of the things you are going to let happen today.  Feel what it feels like... enjoy the joyfulness of the world you are shaping and molding for yourself.  Have a great time today!
